The Roch Hotel & Spa turns its terrace into a vegetable garden for the summer season.

This bucolic place, composed of aromatic plants, summer vegetables and flowers, is the idyllic setting to recharge your batteries in an outdoor green setting, like a green breath in the heart of the city.

The entire Potager du Roch team welcomes you for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 from Monday to Friday and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 20:00.

Le POTAGER of the Roch Hôtel & Spa is heading south, with a menu of delicious Mediterranean accents.

To celebrate the return of summer, Chef Frédérick Lyard has created a colourful, gourmet menu that puts the flavours of the South at the heart of the plate, withits POTAGER vegetables, aromatic plants
and sun-drenched fruit. It’s arecipes are based on impeccably sourced produce, respecting the rhythm of the seasons, for a responsible and convivial cuisine.

On the menu: Pugliese burrata, Niçoise salad, grilled octopus and the famous Tropezian tart!
